M.R. Street
M.R. Street is a member of the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators.
Her non-fiction story, DOG OF JAPAN: HACHIKO, appeared in Faces magazine in January 2006.
BLUE ROCK RESCUE won second place – Children’s Literature in the Seven Hills Writing Contest. An excerpt was published in the 2008 Seven Hills Review.
M.R. is a State employee who holds a masters degree in public health. She earned her bachelor’s degree in English with a concentration in creative writing from Florida State University.
She lives in Tallahassee with her husband, two children, and one dog. Her horse lives nearby.
